We produce standard '2-sided' and custom 'reversible' sandwich boards (4-sided ie can be flipped to display second message - for example "FOR SALE" on two faces, and "SOLD" on the inside two faces, showing if flipped over - you get the idea!), using long-lasting materials such as Crezone (rated 7 years outdoors by the manufacturer) or PVC (plastic does not rot!). BowSigns also offers cantilever post signs complete with ground stake, and hanging board signs custom printed with Realtor's insignia.
We offer every type of board sign used by Real Estate companies, agents, builders and developers. Some of these, as shown in the photos, can be hanging signs for existing posts, or board signs for affixing onto walls and fences, inserts for A frames, or hanging strips for property signs.
Hanaging strips, printed inserts, and board signs are all made in our shop in Calgary. Substrate materials used can be Crezone (painted, sealed outdoor plywood), Dibond (aluminum composite), and plastic (PVC and puck board).
For commercial real estate and property management companies, we offer temporary property signage: 4 ft x 4 ft, 4 ft x 8 ft, or larger custom billboard signs with skid, base / legs which can be secured with rebar driven into the ground against wind forces. We can provide management for installation of property signs that involves digging holes for posts and concrete (sub-contracting).
Please note that we do not currently offer storage of commercial real estate signs, nor can we do sign management for residential Realtors (storing, transporting and placing them in front of the houses). Our site installation services are strictly limited to commercial real estate signage (commercial property lease and sale signs) and only the skid type (i.e. with legs, like photo above left). Should our policy change, we shall update our website accordingly.
Last but not least category of real estate signs we manufacture are the developer signs, or property for sale (by developer) signs. Typically, these signs are elegant and representative of the builder's reputation and/or property class. Most developer signs include printed photos of the dwelling, plot plans, and descriptive information for prospective buyers.

We also offer boards with cut-outs for feet ($40 per sign), or attached 1" high plastic feet ($30 per sign). Lastly, we can install a chain to prevent overspreading of the faces ($15 per sign).

Prices below are for PVC plastic sandwich board signs with custom printed faces (INCLUDED) both sides.Included unlimited numbers of colors, waterproof graphics. Copy: you can send your own design, or we can design for you! (simple = C$60, complex = C$480). This type of A-frames has the definite advantage of being made out of a material that does not rot. They come with cut-out for feet in both size configurations, which is desired when the signs are placed on the soil as the graphics are slightly raised and don't get dirty as fast.
